The Abstractor is the first portable Windows based system designed exclusively for title searches.  The Abstractor uses the same steps as a manual search.  As the chain of title is entered, it will build a search list while individual folder input screens prompt you to enter information related directly to items that need to be searched.

The Abstractor can work in conjunction with a hand-held OCR data pen.  You can quickly scan legal descriptions as well as vital information from mortgages, deeds, and other supporting documents into specific abstract files which can be customized to suit your state or municipality.

The completed Summary Sheet and Abstract Report can be printed directly from The Abstractor laptop or imported to most word processing applications.  Telecommunication software assists in the transmission of the Summary Sheets directly from the courthouse.
