The Closer-Singles for Windows
is a major update, which includes a full version of the
Settlement, Forms Generation and Escrow programs. Intended
for the small business who only does a few closings
annually, the
Singles version is
downloaded free of charge and a fee of $49.99 is charged per
client. The Singles program suite is fully functional with
the exception of printing. Once the client is registered,
the printing option becomes available. Registration is done
over the internet and only takes minutes to purchase a license
ID and password which enables you to print as often as you wish
for the registered client.
As stated above,
with the Closer - Singles version, you have access to the
original Settlement/Disclosure and Escrow programs that
have been used for closings across the country since the mid
1980's. Along with these proven products, you also receive the
totally re-written Forms Generation program that generates all
forms as Microsoft Word documents. The Forms Generation program
comes with the option to download a number of ALTA forms from
our web site. You can also create custom forms as needed or
change any downloaded form to your specifications.
