The Settlement/Disclosure
program takes you step by step to quickly prepare
closing statements, HUD-1 forms, the initial escrow
account statement, the addendum to HUD-1, balance
sheets, 1099 forms, buyer and seller debit/credit
statements, disbursement sheets, checks and check
registers. |

Statement entry is made on
an on-screen look-alike HUD-1. You can move from
item to item with one keystroke, functions can be
accessed sequentially or at random, and a keystroke
will bring up a help screen for each area of the form.

You create a “library” of
your most commonly used phrases which you can call in
with a keystroke.

Quality is ensured with
the ability to net out items from checks directly on
the entry screen. The program automatically
calculates or recalculates all figures (e.g.,
prorations, reserves, transfer taxes, commissions).

The program automatically
sorts and checks disbursements against proceeds, with
full check editing and flexibility to combine or group
payments in one or more checks and to call in address
lines from the central database.

Our software system -
integrated with your central database - allows you to
access all client file information inputted in
Settlement/Disclosure from all of the other closer
applications.

When you enter a new file
similar to an existing one, you can quickly call
information from the prior file to ease your input
time and improve accuracy.
