Instructions to replace IRS 1099 templet files.

1. Download the templet files from the www.landlegal.com web site.
2. Find the path to the templet files and replace with downloaded files:
	a. right-click on the IRS program icon located on your desktop.
	b. click the properties menu to see the file path.
	c. using my computer or explorer navigate to the file path. (the default
	   will be c:\program files\closer\irs
	d. replace all .tpl files with the new downloaded files. (it is always wise to
	   copy the original files to another folder or flash drive prior).
